How do I get started?

Sign in with your Google account, connect your Google Calendar, complete Stripe onboarding to receive deposits, then create your first booking page. Share your booking link with customers and start collecting deposits.

When do deposits reach my bank account?

Deposits go directly to your Stripe Express account the moment a customer pays. Stripe's standard payout schedule is 2 business days to your bank account. You can view and adjust your payout schedule in your Stripe Express dashboard.

What happens if I need to cancel on a customer?

If you cancel a confirmed booking, the deposit is automatically refunded to the customer in full. Cancellations you initiate always trigger a full refund regardless of your cancellation window policy.

Can customers reschedule?

Yes โ€” customers can reschedule from the link in their confirmation email or SMS. Rescheduling is free, the deposit carries over to the new time, and your calendar is updated automatically.

What if a customer disputes a charge?

GrabMySlot logs every action on every booking โ€” every SMS sent, every email, every status change โ€” with precise timestamps. This audit trail is available in your booking detail view and is printable for dispute purposes. The customer agreed to your cancellation policy before paying.

How do I change my cancellation policy?

Go to your Dashboard โ†’ your booking page โ†’ Edit. You can set your cancellation window (in hours) and whether deposits are fully non-refundable. Changes apply to new bookings only.

Why is my Google Calendar not syncing?

If you see a warning on your dashboard about calendar connection, sign out and sign back in with Google to refresh your calendar access. Your timezone and availability pull fresh from your primary Google Calendar on each sign-in.

What is the GrabMySlot platform fee?

GrabMySlot charges 3% of each deposit collected. Stripe's standard processing fee (2.9% + 30ยข) is separate and goes directly to Stripe. There is no monthly subscription โ€” you only pay when you collect a deposit.
